I am as unsure about this guy as ever before. I', still a subscriber, but the last email I received from Ken was on 9 April and it started with this, "It's Ken with Ken's Project and ForeclosureMBA. I know, I know, I've been neglecting all of you. :-)"

Whoa just a minute, did I just read "...and ForeclosureMBA"? I seem to recall saying he was abandoning the ForeclosureMBA business (I never understood that, since it's what made him wealthy), to focus all his efforts on the "Ken's Project" initiative.

Frankly, I just simply don't trust the guy and it's becuase of the stuff he does and says in his own emails. I'd love the hear from anyone that can provide some "verifiable evidence" that this guy is an honest, ethical businessman and does what he says and promises.

To me, it would just be insane to invest in his "promise" w/o any proof of success.

I know I don't know everything, but, I do know I don't have $800 a month to kick around. I doubt you'll find one million people that do either. Ken..........you-are-suspect-for-sure!!!

Ken,
Thanks for the response. I can imagine that you are pretty busy. As for "magic bullet", I was thinking of it as a something that shoots straight, cuts through all the wind and hits the target.

I'm **not** afraid of hard work, but I've climbed the "success ladder" more than once, only to find it was leaning against the wrong building.

Mark - I can appreciate your suspicion. I've had an interesting journey in entrepreneurship, but wouldn't trade it for anything. In addition, you're assuming that the IBC opportunity is the entire premise for the project. It's not and I've said so numerous times. But I also realize people hear only what they choose to hear, so I accept where you're at with it.

Chris - I receive many, many e-mails every day from subscribers and have been honest about not being able to respond to them all. If I didn't respond it's not personal. E-mail me again and make sure it gets my attention - I will respond. P.S. There's no such thing as a 'magic bullet.'

Kindest regards to you both.
